Stampen Media is one of Sweden's largest news organizations, focusing on delivering independent and reliable journalism that makes a difference.

I helped develop a directly usable and future-proof product vision and a strategic framework, providing a user-centered news experience.

Daniel faced the task of facilitating a co-creation process with the goal of defining the purpose and vision for Stampen Media's digital technology platform. They aimed to develop a framework to ensure that the news experience remains user-centered and creates a sustainable business over time.


We had identified the need to develop a new product vision. Something that would serve as our promise to our users and guide us in the development of our future products and services. Our goal was to co-create and anchor it with key individuals within the organization as effectively as possible.

The Work

Daniel coached and facilitated six work workshops with the working group, along with two co-creation workshops involving key individuals and stakeholders within the organization. inUse also played a leading role as a design partner in the qualitative user needs survey that initiated the entire project.

The Result

A clear direction and a new strategic framework guiding the organization through decisions, development, and future endeavors. The framework includes a new product vision and a set of experience principles supporting the organization's overall strategic goals, vision, and values.

The Impact

Stampen Media has successfully validated and developed a framework that facilitates collaboration and decision-making between business units, management, and stakeholders. The product vision is now partially implemented in the new product organization, which is in the startup phase, and the experience principles will help Stampen Media deliver a user-centered, responsible, and seamless news experience, both today and tomorrow.
